We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to help with many of the administrative jobs here at Back To The Wild. Admin assistants are responsible for overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, bill payments, and general office duties at Back To The Wild. These employees will collaborate with Back To The Wild’s accounting firm to maintain income and expense reports as well filing taxes and issuing payroll. REQUIREMENTS: Some experience with QuickBooks Ability to navigate and use Windows 10 Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel What we're looking for in a person: We'd like someone organized Skilled in multitasking Able and willing to answer phone calls and take messages Accounting experience is not required but will be given preference.
